Growth Programme 2020

Do you want to enhance your competences in team working and leadership, so that you will meet your full potential?

As it happens, we start a new Growth Program of Team Skills for the students of Tampere Universities. And we want you to join us!

We search for students from different fields of studies and campuses. Students who want to meet their full potential and enhance their competences in team working. The world of work is changing, and team skills will be one of the most important skills of the future.

First part of this program is a three-day Bootcamp, which will take place in August 2020. Based on the application, up to 20 students will be selected for the Bootcamp.

After the bootcamp phase, a student team will be formed from the most suitable participants. This team will continue in Growth Program for academic year 2020-2021, getting experience in team working and leading at Y-kampus. As a student in Y-kampus team you will learn new skills, design and participate in projects, organize events, produce social media content – you name it, sky is the limit!
